5 Tips to Make Sure You Close the Deal on Your Lake of the Ozarks Home

Finding a buyer for your home is obviously an important step to selling your Lake of the Ozarks Home - but during the weeks to come, it is critical that you do everything you can to make sure the deal closes!!   Here are a few tips that will help keep your closing date on schedule and your contract in tact. Do Not Ignore Contingencies - Some contracts will require that you do something before the sale is complete.  If your contract designates specific repairs or improvements, be sure to do the job and do it well.  The buyer will notice and it can delay your closing date or stand in the way of finalizing your contract. If it's broken, Fix it!!   The buyer will have the opportunity for a pre-closing walk through - this should be a very exciting and happy time for the buyer.  However, if the buyer notices that things are "falling apart," it leaves a bad impression with the buyer and could prompt the buyers to back out of the sale. Take Deadlines Seriously - Deadli
