Charles has been with Gattermeir Davidson Real Estate since December, 2008 and has a wealth of information about the Lake of the Ozarks area. His favorite thing about his job is being with the people he works with and helping customers and clients achieve their goals whether buying or selling. Charles believes that the key to being a good Realtor is to "just listen, be honest, be informed, provide valid information, and really care about helping people reach their goals whether it be buying or selling."
Charles has been married 42 years to Diane Lemcke. They have 2 outstanding sons that he loves to brag about. Chuck will be 40 in August and works for Enterprise Leasing in St. Louis as head of its new “Ride Share” division. He and his wife, Anne, have three amazing young children: Rayna (6), Logan (4) and Cameron (2). David, their younger, is a personal trainer/martial arts enthusiast with 2 black belts/yoga instructor/musician/& singer with a rock & roll band. He will be 37 in June and is currently single. Charles' parents built their first vacation home in 1963, so he understands the emotions tied to relocating to Lake of the Ozarks Charles graduated from Georgetown University in '70, got married in '71 and welcomed his first son in '73. Very shortly after, he moved his family to the Lake of the Ozarks to make a fresh start in the wonderful community that held Charles' heart. Initially he started in construction, gravitated to appraising, then graduated to real estate sales.
Charles and his wife love the Lake for its more relaxed life-style, friendly people, recreational opportunities and natural beauty. They have also love that it’s not that far from KC, STL, Columbia or Springfield if he and Diane need a city “fix”. In their leisure, Charles and Diane like to travel, golf and spend time with their family ESPECIALLY the grandkids and hanging with his best friend/wife Diane.
