Race Day Schedule for the OSS at Lake of the Ozarks!!

We can feel the excitement in the air!!  Everyone has been talking about it and anticipating the return of the 2013 Lake Race and this event is finally here!!  With the support of our community and hard work of many people,  the Powerboat racing will return the Lake of the Ozarks June 6th-9th!! 

The "hub" of all the excitement will take place at the 0mm and Beavers at the Dam Bar & Grill will be the host and location for the race docks.  The event will feature many different types of races, vendor villages and all the excitement of the Bagnell Dam Strip!  There will also be many different locations that will provide a great venue and view for the upcoming race.  

Here is the schedule of the events.

Saturday June 8th--
10:00am-Racer Testing
11:40am-Opening Ceremony 
12:10pm-Pontoon Racing-presented by Playcraft Pontoons 
12:40pm-Pro/Am Racing-presented by Shady Gators/ Backwater Jacks 
1:50pm-Super V lite-presented by Performance Boat Center 
1:50pm-Cat Outboards-presented by Red Head Yacht Club 
2:20pm-Performance Extreme Unlimited Class

Sunday June 9th-- 
10:00am-Racer Testing
11:45am-National Anthem
12:00pm-Pro/Am Finals-presented by Shady Gators/Backwater Jacks
12:45pm-Super V Lite Finals-presented by Performance Boat Center
12:45pm-Cat Outboard Finals-presented by Red Head Yacht Club

Ozarks Amphitheater GRAND OPENING

Big things are happening at the Lake of the Ozarks! This Thursday, June 18th at 7:00 PM marks the grand opening for one of the Lake Area's hottest new attractions: the Ozarks Amphitheater ! Ozarks Amphitheater Grand Opening - Thursday, June 18th In order to celebrate their grand opening, the Ozarks Amphitheater will host a fantastic concert with FREE ADMISSION to anyone who wants to come! The award-winning blues vocalist Sena Ehrhardt will be delivering the grand performance, and local musician Shawn C will serve as the opening act.
