2013 Annual Fall Harbor Hop at Lake of the Ozarks

It's almost time for the Annual Fall Harbor Hop and boating enthusiasts from all over the Midwest will come to the Lake to say farewell to the 2013 boating season.  Many refer to this event as the "un-official" end of the boating season at the Lake of the Ozarks, although many times I have seen boaters out much later in the year! Either way, mark your calendars for this Saturday October 12, 2013! 

You will have the opportunity to visit more than 40 participating restaurants and marinas to fill your poker hand with the chance of compiling a winning hand!!  A $15 donation per hand at any of the checkpoints will get you in the game and give you a chance to win prizes.  Feeling LUCKY?  Don't worry, you can enter more than once!!  Here's how you play...
  • Enter the Harbor Hop by stopping at any of the checkpoints. 
  • The 1st card is drawn at the checkpoint where the hand is purchased.
  • Six additional cards are obtained by “hopping” to six more checkpoints drawing one card, per hand, at each location. 
  • The hand is complete when the 7th card is drawn.
  • The completed hand must be turned in by 7pm at the checkpoint where the 7th card is drawn. 
It's just that easy to play and the best part is, you can pick your favorite stops!!  Check out the list of participating marinas and restaurants and grab your friends for a great day on the Lake!!

Ozarks Amphitheater GRAND OPENING

Big things are happening at the Lake of the Ozarks! This Thursday, June 18th at 7:00 PM marks the grand opening for one of the Lake Area's hottest new attractions: the Ozarks Amphitheater ! Ozarks Amphitheater Grand Opening - Thursday, June 18th In order to celebrate their grand opening, the Ozarks Amphitheater will host a fantastic concert with FREE ADMISSION to anyone who wants to come!
