Gattermeir Davidson Real Estate is proud to announce the election of two of their agents to office.  Ryan Gattermeir and Dan Ralston will both wear new hats in 2014, serving as elected officials on both the state and local level.

  

Missouri REALTORS, one of the largest trade associations in the state, representing over 18,000 members, elected Ryan Gattermeir, co-owner of Gattermeir Davidson Real Estate, to serve as its 2015 Treasurer during the recent Missouri REALTORS Business Conference in Jefferson City. As 2014 Treasurer-Elect, Gattermeir will join four other already elected officers and the Association’s CEO on the Leadership Team. 

The Bagnell Dam Association of REALTORS® elected Dan Ralston to serve as its 2014 President.  Dan had this to say about his new position, “I look forward to working with the Board and the Members of the BDAR throughout 2014.  It’s a privilege serving and I’m honored that my peers have elected me to be the next President.  I will do my best to represent the Lake area at the State level as well as the National level.”

Ryan Gattermeir is a second generation Lake REALTOR who grew up in the business. After graduating from Westminster College in 1996, he moved back home in 2000 to become involved in the family Real Estate business with his father.  In 2008, Ryan founded Gattermeir Davidson Real Estate, along with two partners. Aside from holding a Missouri Real Estate Broker-Associate license, Ryan has been involved in 23 committees for Missouri Realtors and has chaired five of them. At the national level, Ryan is on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS as a National Director. He is one of only two REALTORS ever to receive the “REALTOR of the Year” award for his local Board of REALTORS in 2008 and 2009. In 2011 Ryan was awarded the REALTOR Salesperson of the Year award from the Missouri Association of REALTORS.

 

Dan Ralston moved to the Lake of the Ozarks from Kansas with his wife and three children in 2005.  He has been a REALTOR® here at the lake for nine years and holds a Broker-Salesperson license.  He joined the Gattermeir Davidson Real Estate team in 2009 and has served on the local board for five years holding various positions such as Director, Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President.  Dan has served as the Multi-List System’s Committee Chair and has also been a member of several committees at the state level, the Missouri Association of REALTORS®.   He completed the Missouri Association of Realtors’® Leadership Academy as well as the Camden County Leadership Academy.  Dan is a member of the Missouri Association of Realtors®, the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.
