For many, the St Patrick's Day parade marks the beginning of the Lake of the Ozarks "season" each year...that is why this parade is such a HUGE event at the Lake!  This year the parade will take place on March 15, 2014 at 1:00 pm on the historic Bagnell Dam Strip. The parade will have just a little bit of everything... cars, motorcycles, boats, charity/civic floats and many local area businesses tossing beads and candy to the kiddos that line the streets.  It's a fun day to bring the entire family out to enjoy the parade as well as some of the businesses along the Bagnell Dam Strip.  Be sure to bring a lawn chair and get your green on for the parade!! For those that cannot be at the parade, please be aware that the road will be shut down at 12:45 and will re-open around 3pm.   Access to HH/Horseshoe Bend will be available by using the new Hwy 242. This weekend is the 35th Annual Lake of the Ozarks Products and Services Show .  This is a great time to get out and meet many of the businesses at the Lake and speak directly with the professionals.  The event will take place at the Country Club Hotel in Lake of the Ozarks March 8th and 9th.
