Valerie Littrell Joins the Gattermeir Davidson Real Estate Team!
Gattermeir Davidson Real Estate is proud to announce the addition of a long time Lake Realtor-Valerie Littrell to the family.

Valerie Littrell has been a Lake of the Ozarks Broker since 2006 and selling at the Lake of the Ozarks since 2002 and currently a local director for the Bagnell Dam Board of Realtors and MLS committee and has been for a number of years. She is also very involved in our community. She has been on the planning & zoning for the city of Lake Ozark since 2006 and has volunteered with our local YMCA, KIWANIS, Easter Seals, and The Lake shore Cleanup.

Her diverse background in business and education helps her relate to people of all walks of life. Education is a priority in her life. Besides graduating from the University of Kansas with 3 degrees, when her career turned to just real estate, she received her GRI which means, “Graduate Realtor Institute”. Not every realtor does this. These are classes you can take after you get your license to further your education in the real estate field. She also received her ABR, which means Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation. Valerie enjoys furthering her education, which gives her the confidence in her abilities to be the best agent for her clients and the real estate market in general. “When you have someone of this caliber and they want to work for your real estate company, you just open the doors and roll out the red carpet”, said Ed Schmidt, owner of Gattermeir Davidson.
