In 2013, Gattermeir Davidson reached new heights in the real estate market by being 2nd Largest Company in our Market with $83,532,197 million in closed and pending real estate sales, which was a total of 277 transactions.. Also, Ed was proud to have been awarded the Pinnacle Award Unassisted for selling over 5 million in 2012 after winning 2010 Rookie of the Year Award for Realtors at the Lake. In 2015 so far residential homes have been selling rapidly with an increase of 2.6% in the market.
