Meet Dan Ralston, Agent at Gattermeir Davidson Real Estate

Dan became a REALTOR® after selling his restaurant in suburban Kansas City back in 2003.  After doing commercial Site Inspections and some commercial brokerage, he decided to pick up and move his family down to the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.  Since joining the Bagnell Dam Association of REALTORS® (BDAR), he has been an active member or chair of the Public Relations, Scholarship, and Members Committees.  Currently, he is serving as Local Director on the BDAR and will serve as Treasurer/ Secretary in 2012.  At the State level, Dan is participating in the Mar Leadership Academy. Dan received his Bachelors of Fine Arts from Kansas State University in the Fall of 1988 and shortly thereafter married his wife Tami.  They now have 3 children, along with a few pets, and enjoy living the Lake lifestyle.  When Dan can find a little time, he likes to paint with oils or draw with pastels. When you decide to sell your home, there are many real estate agents to choose from.  How do you know that you are choosing the right Lake of the Ozarks Realtor ?  Do the research and ask the right questions!  The last thing you want is to be stuck in a contract with a real estate agent that lacks expert representation and is not working hard to sell your home!   Here are 10 questions from  House Logic * that will be very helpful when interviewing agents.
