Getting To Know Our Key Players: Conda Davidson
Over the years, we've made great strides in becoming the best real estate team at the Lake of the Ozarks. Along the way we've found success around every corner and have thrived immensely. That success didn't just come out of thin air though. eXp Realty wouldn't be where it is today without the hard work and dedication of our key players. So over the next few weeks we want to pay tribute to them by showcasing them. This week, we're honoring Condo Davidson, Owner/Broker Associate Lake of the Ozarks Realtor®.
You wouldn’t be able to tell at first glance, or even after first meeting her, but Conda Irene Davidson was born and raised in the small, rural town of Purdon, Missouri. Purdon is where family values, contributing to the community and working hard are the three most important lessons of life. Some thirty years later, and long after Conda left her stomping grounds, she has kept the small town morals close to her heart and built her life and a business empire on those three principles.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, her Master’s degree in Education, as well as graduating Magna Cum Laude, Conda left Truman State with her credentials and aspirations of becoming a teacher. Earning a job in the education field, Conda taught at both high school and college level while earning her Doctorate degree from the University of Missouri, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2000.
Soon after Conda became Dr. Davidson, she broke into a thriving real estate market in the popular tourist area of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. Conda founded Lighthouse Real Estate in 2000 and ran a successful company. Together with her husband, Cody Davidson, the pair developed two condominium projects, Lighthouse Pointe and Lighthouse Landing, as well as the upscale housing subdivision of Beacon Pointe.
In 2008, Conda along with two other successful business professionals within the lake area, Ryan Gattermeir and Ed Schmidt joined forces to found Gattermeir Davidson Real Estate. Over the course of nine years, the Gattermeir Davidson team has produced nearly hundreds of valued real estate clients, Conda playing a large role in the massive production with $250 million on her resume alone. With a new Internet based lead generation technology as the base of their business, GD quickly became one of the most successful private companies in the real estate market and still holds that strong reputation today. In 2017, a new opportunity came about to join the fastest growing real estate platform, eXp Realty and all of the agents at Gattermeir Davidson jumped on board seeing it as the next huge opportunity!
Conda is married to her love of twenty five years, Cody Davidson and they have two daughters, Ciarra, 25 who is married to Eric and is a successful insurance agent with State Farm and Taylor, 20 who is a junior sy Drury University majoring in Accounting. Conda remains very active within her community, as she is a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and often volunteers at local real estate events and serving on various committees with the Bagnell Dam Board of Realtors.
After nearly 20 years in the real estate business, Conda Davidson has built a successful real estate business that is still flourishing, a loving family, and continues to give back to her community any way that she can.
